About the Company . . .

SourceTek is a small business headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona that provides the highest quality handmade artist panels available, as well as a variety of other fine products.  

Our customer base consists of some of the finest, award-winning professionals and serious art students in the world.  We focus on providing attentive, personalized service to these busy artists who would rather spend time painting than running errands to pick up supplies.  (We ship directly to our customers, saving them valuable time.)

Our customers' endorsements, both written (see Endorsements Page) and through referrals to us by their peers, are hard-earned through our service and quality.

Doing Business with SourceTek . . .

OUR GUARANTEE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason an unused selection does not meet your expectations, please return it within 90 days for a product refund or exchange. Simply email us or call our customer service line at (800) 587-5462 to arrange for a return authorization number.  Please note that all returns will have the original 3% credit card purchase processing fee deducted from the refund amount.  This is the fee the bank charges us to take credit card payments, and it is unfortunately not refunded by the bank when we credit your charge card.  Please note that our total liability is forever limited to the cost of the panel only. Because we have no control over how our products are stored or used by the consumer, we can only be liable for the cost of the panel.  Placing an order with us indicates the buyer accepts our waiver of all liability other than the cost of the unpainted panel.

PAYMENT
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa and personal checks. Please make checks payable to SourceTek. Orders paid by check will be shipped once the check clears. Returned checks are subject to a service charge.

Call us toll-free at (800) 587-5462. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., MST.

ORDERING BY MAIL
Please fill out our order form completely to ensure all information is included with your order, then mail it to the address listed on the form.  When paying by check, please call for the shipping amount on your order prior to sending the check.

We value your comments and suggestions, and welcome any questions you may have. Please call our customer service representatives toll free at (800) 587-5462 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST with questions or concerns.

MAILING LIST
We deeply value your privacy, and thus do not share our mailing list with anyone. If you decide that you would no longer like to receive our catalog or emails on special events, discounts, new products and new Featured Artists, please let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list. 

If any information on your mailing label is missing or incorrect, please let us know so that we may make the necessary corrections.
